Pastor J.P. Fuller was born and raised in West Texas. When he was 16 he was invited by friends to Jesus' Name Pentecostal Church in Colorado City, TX. It was there he received the Holy Ghost and was baptized in Jesus' name!

He joined the US Marine Corps and moved to the East Coast. He met Sister Jennifer Fuller while she was a student at East Carolina University. They married in 1998.

They attended The Pentecostals of Smithfield, NC and he soon felt the call to the ministry.  He began as the Bus Ministry Director and eventually became the Youth Pastor.  He served as Assistant Pastor there for 4 years. He has enjoyed participating in all types of ministries, including Prison, Nursing Home, Sunday School/Children's Church, Music Ministry and Evangelism. He is a 2002 graduate of the Texas Bible College ExCell program.

Pastor Fuller felt the Lord's call to start a United Pentecostal Church in Apex, NC and they began services at Salem Elementary in June 2006.  Pastor and Sister Fuller welcomed their son, Jackson, in 2005, and their daughter, Taryn in 2008.
